Having baby kittens living in your house really makes you think.
This summer already feels different for me.
I used to hate summer for some reason. Sometimes when I think about summers I’ve experienced in the past, I get this sinking, saddened feeling.
But this one, this one is different.
He makes all the difference. It is refreshing to talk to someone so openly, honestly, brashly. Not worrying about what the other thinks because you know no matter what you say to the other, you aren’t judging or loving the other less.
You can talk about work, you can talk about whats bugging you, you can say nothing at all. It’s never awkward, it’s always entertaining, and I feel like we always walk away with a new understanding of one another.
My best friend. My husband. The two together is the perfect balance. I am blessed.
This summer is going to be different. Better. I am so excited…
